Flex, Flash Player and AIR continue to provide a means of rapid innovation for web and desktop RIAs. Preview builds of the Flex 4 SDK, codenamed Gumbo, are already out. Flash Player 10 betas have been released on labs.adobe.com. New open source projects like BlazeDS are lowering the barriers to adoption.
